Thank you for shopping at Petora. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. The delivery dates shown on the product page and at checkout are estimates, not guarantees – carrier delays can happen, especially during peak seasons.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.
- For orders under $35, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before it ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
